IGN is reporting that the Switch’s Switch Remote Controller has finally launched, allowing for remote play via a Bluetooth controller.
The controller has a built-in IR blaster and it will be available in a variety of colors, including red and yellow.
The company says that it will ship in September.
For the uninitiated, the Switch is a gaming console with a built in Joy-Con controllers, which let you play games via a gamepad.
It is designed for kids and those who prefer to be immersed in the games rather than watching them.
Nintendo has also released a few games that support the controller, including the recently released Yoshi’s Woolly World and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.
While the Switch Remote is only available on Switch, it’s compatible with the Wii U, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
