Apple has had some problems with customer service recently.
On Sunday, the company announced it was recalling a pair of its popular service dog products in the United States because of a “low percentage of orders.”
It also announced it would be discontinuing the AdiDots service dog tag in the U.S. The company has been under fire for years over the issue, with people criticizing the company for allowing the product to be made in China, a move that would have forced the company to close some of its factories.
“We have reached out to Apple to investigate the issue.
We have removed the Adidas service dog product from our inventory and will be removing the product from the App Store in the coming days,” a spokesperson for Apple told TechCrunch in a statement.
The spokesperson also noted that Apple would continue to monitor the situation, and would provide updates to customers in the future.
